Flourishing together in Faith: Reflecting on the 2025 Community Health AuditThis week the Endeavour Team visited our school and shared the results of the 2025 Endeavour Community Heath Audit. We are pleased to share these results with you as they offer valuable insights into how our school is perceived and experience by families, staff and students. We are deeply grateful to everyone who took time to contribute to this important process. Your feedback continues to shape our shared mission and commitment to Christ-centred education. Celebrating Strengths The feedback confirmed that our school continues to be a preferred choice for families seeking Christian education grounded in a strong reputation, values-based learning, and a nurturing small-school environment. These qualities remain central to our identity and mission as a Christian learning community. Our key strengths were clearly confirmed: Caring staff who uniquely support each student and family. Strong Christian foundations shaping both education and faith. A strong sense of community and belonging. Small class sizes that allow for personal attention. Effective communication between families and the school.
These affirmations are deeply encouraging and reflect the heart of our school culture – one where each child is known, valued, and encouraged to flourish in both learning and faith. As scripture reminds us, ‘Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord’ (Colossians 3: 23). This verse captures the spirit of dedication that defines our staff and the collaborative partnership between home and school. Growth Opportunities The audit also highlights opportunities for continued growth. In particular, there is potential to expand sporting opportunities and enhanced support for neurodiverse learners. These insights guide us to refine or practices and develop programs that reflect the diversity of God’s creation – ensuring every student has the opportunity to thrive according to their unique gifts and strengths. As it is written, ‘We have different gifts, according to the grace given to each of us’ (Romans 12: 6). Our task as a collective remains to nurture those gifts through inclusive and compassionate learning environments. Encouraging Results We are delighted to report that community satisfaction remains strong and above the national average (82%), with 85 % of our parents rating their experience highly. These results surpass our 2021 and 2023 outcomes, demonstrating a steady growth and community confidence. One parent beautifully expressed, ‘a unique school that embraces each person in their own unique way … staff are approachable and friendly, and the environment is great’. These words capture the essence of who we are – a place where faith, care, and community converge to create a rich and life-giving educational experience. Moving Forward We sincerely thank each one of you who participated in this process. Your input plays a vital role in shaping the future of our school.
